About the role
The ideal candidate will be comfortable answering phone calls to address inquiries from patients, vendors, and various medical institutions. In this position customer service is a high priority and a must.
What you"ll do
- The position requires handling 100 to 250 incoming calls daily.
- Scheduling patient appointments as needed through telephone calls or podium.
- Delivering clear and accurate messages to other departments.
- Responding to patients" inquiries and requests by editing, canceling, and rescheduling appointments following clinic protocols.
- Regularly reviewing providers" schedules to maximize capacity and ensure accurate scheduling.
- Maintaining a positive working relationship and effective communication with other departments within the organization.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
