This is a full-time, on-site hybrid position in Miami, FL.


Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to help grow our brand and build strong retail partnerships while working closely with them to expand the business.  The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the go to market process and are able to create suggested buys with well thought out assortments, understand the importance of supporting marketing materials, and identify growth opportunities.


What you will do:

       Sales Strategy & Leadership:

  • You operate with a growth mindset, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and enjoy selling. 
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • You recognize the importance of retail sales and always work on both sell-in and sell-through.
      Account Management:
  • Cultivate and build strong partnerships with key retail partners, reps and distributors.
  • Analyze sales data, develop and execute actionable strategies.
  • Curate assortments by customers and write suggested buys that fit into their business plan.
  • Travel and sell for market week meetings, trade shows and other events.
  • Open new accounts.
     Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Strong execution of the Go to Market process
  • Partner with Marketing and Merchandising to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and seasonal product launches.
  • Work closely with customer service to ensure accounts are receiving necessary communication regarding shipments.
     Sales Planning & Forecasting
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to the cross functional team, during a “read and react” weekly meeting. Drive data driven decisions.
  • Develop annual sales forecasts by account including key item projections.


Who you are:

  • 3-7 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the outdoor apparel, sporting goods, or active lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building partnerships.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of the outdoor retail landscape, industry trends, competitive brands, experience working with national retailers.
  • Excellent business acumen. Data-driven mindset with experience in sales forecasting, retail sales analysis and merchandising.
  • Passion for the outdoors and familiarity with the needs of outdoor enthusiasts.
  • Proficient in Excel and Power point.
