IntraEdge is seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer with a passion for higher education to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow solutions tailored to the unique needs of colleges and universities. The ideal candidate possesses a strong desire to understand higher education processes and has a deep knowledge of ServiceNow. Job Requirements Responsibilities :
- Develop, configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical guidance and recommendations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and workflows for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for ServiceNow applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
