Responsibilities :
- Lead the overall architectural design and strategy for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive architectural blueprint for ServiceNow implementations, including integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of complex ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
- Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
