Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record of end-to-end program management within the Banking Domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex banking projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and domain expertise are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large-scale banking programs from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
Oversee multiple project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define program requirements and objectives.
Manage risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare and present program updates, status reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, standards, and best practices throughout the program lifecycle.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
10 years of experience in program management, with a strong focus on the Banking Domain.
Proven experience in end-to-end program management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Strong understanding of banking processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with project and program management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification (preferred).
Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with core banking systems and financial applications.
Familiarity with risk management and regulatory compliance in the banking sector.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong financial and budget management experience.
