Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic Director, Sweep Operations to drive strategic and operational efficiencies within our deposit sweep business. This key leadership role will oversee operations across our current and future sweep-related services, collaborating with senior leadership to align business objectives and improve processes. If you’re an experienced leader with a passion for innovation and optimizing operational performance, this role is for you!

Your Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction for our sweep platforms to enhance experiences for all customer and user segments, including custodial agents, banks, and fintechs.

Lead operational analysis of deposit sweep services to streamline and scale processes, increasing efficiency and meeting growing business demands.

Manage day-to-day operations for the deposit sweep teams, including recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to deliver top-tier service.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and custodial agents.

Implement tools and technologies to enhance productivity and customer experiences.

Develop and ensure adherence to operational risk management practices, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to drive innovation and keep our service offerings competitive.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)

10 years of experience in a brokerage firm or deposit cash sweep operation

Strong knowledge of the banking and finance industry, applicable regulations, and sweep solutions

Proven track record of leading large, complex teams and initiatives

Exceptional strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to multitask, see the big picture, and deliver business results
