What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector - Night Shift position at Intralox?
Intralox, L.L.C. Quality Department has an opening for a Night Shift Quality Inspector in our Cleveland, OH (Twinsburg) facility. This position will work 12-hour shifts (1:00 AM - 7:00AM Monday morning, 7:00PM – 7:00AM Monday night – Friday morning. Overtime and weekend work may be required as needed.

Responsibilities
- Support critical success factors and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide urgent support to production and effectively elevates issues when needed.
- Performs required Quality measurements, inspections, and audits.
- Lead in the documentation of Non-Conformances and ensures containment of product.
- Supports Quality investigations. Provides accurate and timely data collection.
- Proficiency in interpreting quality control drawings and/or quality specifications.
- Assists the Quality Team with investigations and data collection.
- Elevates drawing/matrix errors and omissions for investigation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a self-managed team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Work overtime as required, including weekends.
- ASQ certifications.
- Good visual acuity.
- Basic understanding of the following: quality concepts, quality tools, probability, statistics, calibrations, and metrology.
- Passion for learning and growth with ability to manage own tasks and meet goals and objectives with little supervision.
- Demonstration of sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with strong ability to seek buy in on all levels.
- Strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of making consistent, logical, and objective decisions using good judgment.
