Key Responsibilities
Thermoforming Line Operations
- Set up and operate thermoforming line equipment according to production specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance, adjusting settings to maintain optimal production quality and output.
- Ensure molds and tools are prepared and maintained for smooth operation.
- Conduct regular inspections of the thermoforming process to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Record and report deviations or defects to supervisors and quality control teams.
- Collaborate with the quality team to implement corrective actions as necessary.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance of thermoforming equipment to prevent malfunctions.
- Perform first-level maintenance tasks, such as cleaning dies and screws, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, coordinating with maintenance teams for complex repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
Safety and Compliance
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure the thermoforming process complies with food-grade or other relevant standards.
- Participate in regular safety training and contribute to a safe working environment.
Process Optimization
- Monitor production metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices and process innovations.
- Collaborate with team members to reduce waste and improve material utilization.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet production goals.
- Communicate effectively during shift changes to ensure continuity in operations.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving thermoforming line performance.

Pay: $19.20 - $21.00 per hour
