We are seeking a passionate individual with a strong interest in mobile technology to join our team as a Wireless Telecom HelpDesk Agent. This is an excellent associate-level opportunity to develop your skills in the rapidly growing mobile services industry.
Please note that this is a FULL-TIME, ONSITE ONLY position.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide email and telephone support to both internal and external clients.
- Monitor and assist with client and internal Team chats.
- Utilize help desk software to keep an accurate account of tasks.
- Document steps taken and resolution for assigned tickets.
- Work with a variety of users to assist with setup smartphones and other mobile device troubleshooting.
- Build and develop working relationships with clients.
- Communicate effectively with peers, management, and clients.
- Learn products and plans across all wireless carriers.
- Collect and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- When the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forward cases to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Participate in regularly scheduled team and individual meetings.
- Surface ideas and challenges in an effort to further assist our team and client base.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring To The Table:
- A love for tech and helping people. If you've ever taught your grandparents to use a cell phone, this is the job for you.
- A quick mind for problem-solving and a calm attitude when things get glitchy.
- Proficient in both Apple and Android OS.
- 2 years experience with mobile carrier and device support (required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (and we mean talking, typing, and texting!).
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- A service-oriented mindset is a must.
- A quick mind for problem-solving and a calm attitude when things get glitchy.
- A love for tech and helping people. If you've ever taught your grandparents to use a cell phone, this might be the job for you.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
