🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
1️ Leadership & Team Management
- Oversee and lead four key teams: Fulfillment, Repairs, Help Desk, and Expense Management.
- Set clear objectives, hold teams accountable, and drive continuous performance improvement.
- Foster a high-accountability, results-driven culture that prioritizes efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and develop top talent to build a high-performing operations team.
2️ Operations & Process Optimization
- Streamline order processing, phone provisioning, helpdesk services, telecom expense management and inventory.
- Ensure repair, order, & ticket turnaround times stay within acceptable timelines and eliminate long delays.
- Oversee the telecom expense management team to ensure cost efficiency for customers.
- Lead escalations and process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency.
3️ Technical & Telecom Operations
- Oversee technical support operations, managing the offshore help desk team in the Philippines.
- Maintain MDM (Mobile Device Management) implementation & troubleshooting.
- Analyze system performance, identify risks, and implement solutions for scalability.
- Work with SaaS, carrier platforms, and telecom billing tools to ensure smooth service delivery.
4️ Metrics-Driven Performance Management
- Improve gross margins.
- Achieve a leading CSAT score for the support & audit teams.
- Reduce past-due tickets by and improve resolution times
- Develop KPIs to measure efficiency, cost savings, and customer impact.
✅ What We’re Looking For
✔ 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in telecom, mobility, or wireless.
✔ Proven leadership managing multiple teams and driving performance improvements.
✔ Strong process improvement skills – experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other efficiency frameworks preferred.
✔ Technical acumen – knowledge of MDM platforms, SaaS tools, and telecom expense management is a plus.
✔ Data-driven mindset – ability to leverage Excel, KPIs, and analytics for decision-making.
✔ Clear and direct communicator – sets expectations and ensures team accountability.
✔ Proactive, problem-solving mindset – thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
