Overview
Intrepid Solutions is building a cyber team for new work at Fort Meade, MD, and Augusta, GA.
Responsibilities
The Program Manager will lead, coordinate, communicate, integrate, and is accountable for the overall success of the program, ensuring alignment with critical agency priorities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies
- Knowledge of information technology (IT) acquisition / procurement requirements
- Knowledge of service management concepts for networks and related standards (e.g., Information Technology Infrastructure Library, current version [ITIL])
- Knowledge of information technology (IT) architectural concepts and frameworks
- Knowledge of risk management processes and requirements per the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- Knowledge of how to leverage government research and development centers, think tanks, academic research, and industry systems
- Knowledge of cloud computing deployment models in private, public, and hybrid environment and the difference between on-premises and off-presmises environments
- Knowledge of the organization's core business / mission processes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of procurement function in addressing information security requirements and supply chain risks through procurement activities, and recommend improvements
Qualifications
CLEARANCE:
- Active Top Secret / SCI. ***TS/SCI required upon application for initial consideration. This position is not open for any clearance upgrades, reactivation, or sponsorship.***
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in applicable field
- Master’s degree in applicable field preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 15 years of relevant, progressive experience
- Knowledge of external organizations and academic institutions with cyber focus (e.g., cyber curriculum / training and Research & Development)
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Has worked at Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) and / or 780th CST
- Worked as an O2 / O3, CW2-4, E6-7, any service branch
