To be considered you may also have:
- Excellent communication in English and ideally one other local language (the more the better!)
- Strong customer service experience and experience in developing a rapport with a broad range of traveller's
- Ability to manage trip budget and handle sums of money
- Map reading skills and a good sense of direction
- First hand experience of Urban Adventures product in Boston. If you have not previously attended a UA tour then you will have the opportunity to join as a guest, free of charge.
