What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst position at Intrepid?

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in supporting ASA FM&C Business Transformation Innovation.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Leading/facilitating discussions for solutions working groups/workshops.
- Providing status updates on workshops.
- Drafting and distributing meeting minutes and due outs.
- Hosting break-out sessions to deep-dive specific processes and/or issues.
- Coordinating with enterprise architect & divestiture solutions teams
- Assisting with data migration from legacy system to target systems including running robotics process automations.
- Capturing/documenting lessons learned pertaining to Solutions development from your working groups.
- Engaging end user community/process owners to define requirements, and to guide migration approach for target ERP system.
- Facilitating legacy workshops with stakeholder and user communities.
- Identifying methodologies to leverage migration of data from prior systems into the target ERP business system processes.
- Assessing impacts of migration decisions to support communities.
- Providing guidance on mapping of master data elements from prior systems into target ERP system.
- Coordinating with commands on the execution of closure and migration of records to meet volume targets.
- Coordinating with Stake Holder and Support Community process progress updates.
- Other duties as assigned.
At a minimum you should have:
- US citizenship and an active SECRET security clearance with the ability to maintain.
- A bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited University/College.
- 5-10 years of experience working in a functional business area.
- Understanding of financial business processes and modules.
- Understanding of data mapping and field level attributes within systems.
- Knowledge of standard (and custom) tables and codes that support migration of data to a target ERP system.
- Previous experience in data conversion or migration from a Legacy product to an SAP product or other ERP system.
- The ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders for requirements documentation purposes.
- Experience with Navy and/or other DoD organizational financial systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at any organizational level to articulate customer needs, changes requirements, ability to train end-users, etc.
You will be highly desirable if you have:
- Prior Consulting experience
- Project management experience with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to be self-directed in the completion of individual work assignments.
- A customer serving personality with ability to working collaboratively with others.
- Attention to detail, particularly with data quality and client deliverables.

Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000
