Intrepid Global Solutions (Intrepid) is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our National Security, Engineering, and Technology Solutions (NSETS) business unit. This position will serve as a key member of the National Security leadership team and assist with current operations and help growth the Intelligence Community (IC) portfolio.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Operations
- Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
- SCIF expansion
- Classified proposal system
- Staffing Support: Assist with building candidate pipeline for future new hires in the following skill areas: System Engineering, Cyber, Cloud, Data, Application Development, and Networks.
- Assist with proposal development
- Assist with responding to RFIs and Market Surveys
- Assist with establishment of industry relationships
- Assist with building and cultivating customer relationships
- 10 years of relevant experience
- 3 years in a leadership role
- Customer IC domain experience and knowledge of McLean-based IC customer programs
- Experience working in IC-based Mission IT and/or Engineering & Integration scope programs
- Established relationships with Industry partners supporting the IC
- PMP certification
