We are looking for a Manager / Operations Manager in Patuxent River, MD.
SUMMARY:
Daily onsite security support services to government enhanced security facilities and requiring organizations. The Contractor shall support the execution of security functions required to meet DoD, Navy, and NAVAIR policy and requirements. These duties may include personnel access requests, visit requests, facility access control, implementation of facility standard operating procedures, completing various security briefs (indoctrinations, debriefs, annual refresher), managing and conducting inventories, completing documentation required for facility accreditation, classified information reviews, media control procedures, and other duties as they arise in support of the enhanced security environment. The Contractor shall engage with a wide range of customers across the DoD.
**CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort.
- Schedule all AAS sorties utilizing Patriot Excalibur (PEX).
- Track and document all AAS flight hours.
- Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
- Oversees Contractor execution of the contract requirements.
- Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with all applicable Federal and Department of Defense acquisition regulations.
- Provides subject matter expertise on DoD security policy and regulations including those activities covered under the functional description of the Security Specialist position.
Requirements
- A minimum of at least ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business-related discipline.
- Substitution: Associate degree plus two years’ additional work experience performing duties or four years’ additional work experience performing duties may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Obtain Security Fundamental Professional Certification (SFPC) within one year of performance start on this contract and maintain certification for the duration of employment.
- TS/SCI Clearance required
Preferred Experience
- Prepare and submit TEMPEST documentation in compliance with DoD standards and regulatory requirements.

Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
