Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation & Management : Develop, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging posts for Twitter and LinkedIn, aligned with the company’s brand and goals.
- Community Engagement : Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive and engaged community.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track key metrics such as engagement, follower growth, and impressions; provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve content and strategy.
- Collaboration : Work with the ops, growth, marketing, and design teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and brand guidelines.
