We are seeking highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic sales team. This is a COMMISSION-ONLY role for those who are driven to succeed and eager to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Sales:
- Engage with potential customers face-to-face to demonstrate our high-quality skincare products.
- Apply products directly to customers' faces (Essential for this role – no exceptions).
Proactive Prospecting:
- Identify and engage potential customers in high-traffic areas.
- Proactively approach passersby to offer product samples and engage in sales conversations.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our skincare line and its benefits.
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- Outgoing and personable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with close proximity and physical interaction with customers.
- Passionate about skincare and the beauty industry.
- Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales goals.

Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative, your goal is to boost sales by engaging customers and showcasing our premium skincare products and devices. You'll have the opportunity to connect with your own customers by sharing samples and showcasing the product right on their faces! After the demonstration, you'll be ready to wrap up the sale. It’s a great way to make a personal connection and help them see the benefits of the product!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in front of the store.
- Lead product demos and highlight key benefits.
- Close sales by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to exceeding sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $19/hour commission
- Transition to Commission-Only: After gaining experience, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to a commission-only pay structure with unlimited earning potential.

Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week (weekend availability is a must).
- 2 days off during weekdays.
