Organic Radiance Skincare is an eco-conscious clean beauty brand that helps people with sensitive and aging skin reduce redness, irritation, and signs of premature aging. We focus on soothing, organic skincare that nurtures and protects the skin. We’re looking for a creative Digital Marketing Assistant who understands beauty, skincare, and AI-driven marketing to help execute our digital strategy.
Responsibilities : Content Creation :
Design Canva visuals that align with our soothing, nature-inspired brand .
Edit short-form videos in CapCut Pro (Desktop) to enhance engagement.
Social Media Execution :
Format and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Pinterest based on the content calendar.
Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
SEO & Blog Support :
Format and upload blog articles in WordPress & Squarespace (basic SEO knowledge a plus).
Email Marketing Support :
Assist in formatting and scheduling email campaigns.
Learn & Apply AI in Marketing :
Learn how our brand leverages AI for marketing strategy and content planning .
Use AI tools to enhance content creation, analyze audience insights, and optimize engagement strategies .
Paid Ads Support (Optional) :
Assist with paid ad campaigns if experienced (not required).
Qualifications :
Experience with Canva and CapCut Pro (Desktop) is required.
Strong eye for aesthetics, brand consistency, and engaging visual storytelling .
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest trends in the beauty industry.
Passion for skincare and beauty —ability to connect with our sensitive skin audience .
Comfortable using Slack for communication and attending weekly Zoom meetings.
Curiosity and willingness to learn AI-powered marketing tools (AI experience is a plus).
Basic SEO and paid ad experience are a plus.
Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills are required.
