The ideal candidate should have experience with skincare products, a passion for makeup, and a solid understanding of current trends. Previous experience in production support for skincare or makeup, along with collaboration with manufacturers for sample testing, is essential. You should also have a track record of bringing new product concepts from ideation to market.
