Job Description:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Requirements:
- Steel and structural steel sales experience preferred.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales and sales teams.
- Strong analytical & communication skills; written, oral and interpersonal.
- Basic mathematics and computer skills (Microsoft Office Products)
- Proven experience in steel sales or related fields, with a strong understanding of steel products and the industry.
