Job Overview
We’re looking for a performance-first, creative, and strategic events leader to help grow our global events program. From planning and executing industry events around the world to taking the reins on our large-scale flagship events in London and Sydney (think 800 attendees), this leader is all about creating unforgettable experiences that drive real business impact. If you’re a pro at building from the ground up, love implementing structure and process, and have the chops to turn events into meaningful customer touchpoints, this might be the perfect fit for you.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to balance the art and science of events—crafting wow-worthy experiences while delivering ROI through sponsorships, lead generation, and customer engagement. You’ll be scaling our events program globally, partnering with teams across the organization, and leading with a collaborative spirit to drive shared ownership and accountability. This leader will have a strong track record of succeeding in “player / coach” roles - bringing both strong strategic skills, seamless cross-functional partnerships, and executive-level influence, inspiring data-driven customer empathy and a bent for speed in action and results.
Responsibilities
Build a Global Events Strategy
- Together with the Lifecycle Marketing Leader, develop a clear long-term vision for the global events program and create a strategic plan to deliver against it.
- Partner with regional leads to understand local priorities and targets and develop a bottoms-up plan to execute a mix of event types, from flagship owned events to smaller regional activations and industry events.
- Connect every event to measurable business outcomes, including leads, sales, and customer engagement to increase consideration, drive revenue, and decrease churn.
