The Corporate Business Development team is a newly formed function, focused on Intuit’s Big Bets, to drive accretive long term growth for Intuit through cross company partnerships with our most critical partners. This team ensures Intuit has the right access to all data sources from all partners in a reliable way to enable ‘done for you experiences’ across all our products. We work with the world's largest platforms, financial institutions and strategic ISVs to accelerate revenue for Intuit via these partners.
Intuit is actively seeking a leader with both a strong strategic mind and incredible operational rigor, someone who is able to influence and navigate a highly matrixed and cross-functional organization. This leader will have a significant impact on Intuit’s Corporate Business Development goals by providing strategy-to-execution clarity through streamlining processes, tracking progress across multiple initiatives, crafting executive-level communications, and driving results across internal teams and external partnerships to deliver breakthrough customer benefits and material growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the connective link between product, corporate strategy, GTM, legal and finance teams to deliver Corporate Business Development outcomes. You will break down silos, foster collaboration cross-functionally and ensure an end-to-end approach in both strategy and operational rigor across teams.
- Facilitate the sequencing and execution of key cross-functional work tracks in alignment with FY25 targets. Maintain a detailed understanding of ongoing initiatives across all tracks, through a tight collaboration with a large team of PMOs helping execute this work.
- Act as a conduit for leaders to help understand the status on work, risks, and critical issues, while also serving as the primary escalation point on issues / challenges that jeopardize the operation plan.
- Orchestrate development of executive-level presentations and content to be used in board meetings, CEO Staff meetings, and other leadership forums.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Finance, Business segments) to ensure that we are thinking holistically across multiple partnership priorities and in line with our Corporate BD strategy.
- Develop narratives that highlight the outcomes delivered across the strategic partnership ecosystem and their connection to Intuit strategy.
- Design and implement frameworks and operating models that accelerate decision making, sharing of best practices, and operational excellence at scale.
- Lead strategic initiatives or projects end-to-end, with limited guidance, from initial hypotheses to recommendation to operationalization.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $191,000 - $258,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit : Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
