ABOUT INOGRAFT
Inograft Biotherapeutics, Inc. is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the development of best-in-class non-genotoxic bone marrow conditioning regimens for stem cell transplantation. Formed in late 2022, with founders from Stanford University School of Medicine and Forty Seven Inc. (acquired by Gilead in 2020 for $4.9B), Inograft aims to develop life-changing therapies by applying proven stem cell therapies to areas of significant unmet medical need, including genetic disorders, autoimmune diseases, aging, and organ transplant.
We are seeking a head of Corporate Strategy and Business Development who will lead the development and implementation of short and long-range strategies at the program level (new product planning), portfolio level, and for external collaborations and partnerships. This individual will report to the Chief Executive Officer and work closely with the leadership team and other key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value opportunity areas for Inograft.
Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy :
- New product planning : Work cross-functionally to develop strategic direction and actionable objectives for each program
- Conduct high-quality opportunity assessments and reviews to identify an initial development path for each program aligned with a broader, longer-term vision
- Portfolio planning : Lead a portfolio review process at the appropriate timing cadence, bringing together scientific rigor and business perspectives to support robust decision making and prioritization of resources across all programs within the portfolio
- Work closely with Research, Finance, and other core functions to ensure implementation of prioritization decisions
- Demonstrate ability to engage and effectively influence members across diverse teams
- Drive curiosity, scientific rigor, and excellent problem-solving skills across a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Inograft offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $325,000 to $373,000. The actual salary may vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience level, knowledge, relevant skills and qualifications.
