When small businesses work with an Accountant in QuickBooks, their odds of survival go up 2x, they hire 3x more employees, and their profitability increases significantly. Yet, finding the right expert and service is a challenging process for small businesses leaving millions without the help they need. QuickBooks Live is our response to solving this problem, starting with a Bookkeeping Service that small businesses can subscribe to and gets paired to a quality expert for a delightful service.

The QuickBooks Live team is on a mission to transform the expert service industry serving small businesses, with an ambition to build the world’s most powerful Expert AI powered Platform.

The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Group Product Manager who has experience in building 0 to 1 products and services, leading high-performing cross-functional teams, and consistently showing a bias for action, all while delighting our customers. This role will lead QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted service offering focused on increasing customer confidence in using QuickBooks to complete key jobs to be done with expert help. You will partner closely with x-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Marketing, Service Delivery and Operations as well as other QuickBooks teams to craft and deliver a delightful do-it-with-me QuickBooks experience for Small Businesses working with an Expert.

What you'll bring

Experience : 8 years in product management with a proven track record of launching and scaling innovative products or services, ideally in technology-driven, AI-powered service environments

Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformation change. Experience in managing high-performing, engaged product teams

Customer Centricity : Passionate about understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product strategies. Track record of delivering customer-backed solutions

Operational Excellence : Strong operational acumen with the ability to implement processes that drive efficiency and scale. Experience in navigating high levels of ambiguity and visibility

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels

Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of technical concepts, platform requirements, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred

How you will lead

Offering Vision & Strategy : Set the offering vision, and create a collective offering and product strategy that delivers exceptional customer benefits through customer interactions with product and experts

Customer Focus : Develop deep customer empathy through immersion in customer research. Transform insights into a roadmap of innovative solutions that address key customer pain points and drive business outcomes

Cross-functional Leadership : Foster strong cross-functional partnership to align offering strategies with broader business objectives. Provide balanced leadership in the face of uncertainty, change, and aggressive deadlines common to a rapidly growing company with an evolving business model

Execution Excellence : Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of offering initiatives in collaboration with internal teams

Innovation & Experimentation : Cultivate a culture of learning and experimentation. Lead product-led and service-lead experimentation to test leap-of-faith assumptions behind our vision

Team Development : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers. Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement

Performance Monitoring : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficacy of offering initiatives. Report on business performance and make data-driven adjustments as necessary

Stakeholder Management : Engage with key internal and external stakeholders, including service delivery partners and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and drive broad adoption of the offering. Manage relationships and communications with senior leaders across highly matrixed teams

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $217,500 - 294,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit® : Careers | Benefits) (https : / / www.intuit.com / careers / benefits / full-time-employees / ) . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
