Qualifications
- 10 years of experience working in a data analytics space. Including experience delivering executive dashboards, Operational reports as an architect. Delivering AI Solutions a plus
- Experience solving hard problems, by working strategically, addressing complex problems and gaps.
- Expertise in visualization with Qlik, SQL, Experience with Databricks, Tableau or other BI tools.
- Familiarity with AWS (Redshift, Athena); knowledge of Python, JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong data storytelling skills, with a proven ability to rapidly construct impactful visualization, communicate insights and influence
- The ability to narrate complex stories with data and be concise in the insights and how they drive outcomes with leadership and stakeholders.
- Ability to lead multiple teams and projects simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Proactive and inquisitive learner seeking out and capitalizing on opportunities for change that enhance the business.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, portfolio prioritization experience, and accountability required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field or equivalent work experience
