Qualifications
- BA / BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent degree or experience
- Proven experience driving organizational change
- 10 years of Program Management team leadership experience, including 5 or more years leading complex SaaS programs
- Extensive experience driving software development programs across multiple business units with differing business requirements
- Excellent leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels
- Exceptional ability to build strong relationships and leverage those relationships to influence across organizational boundaries
- Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria
- Solid understanding of SaaS technologies used in a web application development
Responsibilities
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $171500-232000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Salary : $171,500 - $232,000
