We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Platform Developer & Lead to design, implement, and manage our private cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and cloud-native technologies, with expertise in Ansible and Terraform. This role requires a senior professional with hands-on technical expertise and leadership experience to drive innovative cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain a scalable and secure private cloud infrastructure.

Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management using Ansible and Terraform.

Collaborate with DevOps, security, and application teams to ensure seamless cloud operations.

Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and reliability.

Define and implement best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud governance, and security.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight.

Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.

Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to improve existing infrastructure solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

12 years of experience in infrastructure development and cloud engineering.

Strong expertise in Ansible and Terraform for automation and provisioning.

Hands-on experience with private cloud platforms (OpenStack, VMware, or similar).

Proficiency in Linux system administration and networking concepts.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in scripting with Python, Shell, or PowerShell.

Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.

Certifications in Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, etc.).
