- Minimum 6-8 years of Workday consulting experience, with a focus on Core HCM, Talent, and Compensation modules.
- Proven experience in configuring and deploying Workday HCM systems.
- Expertise in Workday Compensation and Talent Management modules.
- Experience with Workday Absence module is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Relevant Workday certifications are highly desirable.
