We are seeking an Internal Review and Compliance Analyst to provide direct support to our government customer’s audit team. In this role, you’ll need to demonstrate strong time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet assigned deadlines. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization operates in accordance with Department of Defense and Army regulatory standards, industry best practices, and internal policies. This position involves supporting internal reviews, audits, and assessments that identify and address potential compliance risks. The goal is to safeguard the organization's integrity and reputation by promoting adherence to applicable laws and regulations. Additional requirements may include: Monitor changes in Department of Defense and Army regulations, policy and industry standards affecting the organization Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, audits, results, and investigations. Ensure internal controls are in place and corrective actions/milestone plans are identified to address deficiencies Support the preparation of audit plans and schedules. Ensure proper documentation of processes and controls. Identify potential compliance risks through risk assessments and analysis. Stay informed about emerging compliance risks and assess their impact on current policies and procedures. Assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures.
