We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Operations and Program Analyst to provide analytical, operations, and programmatic support to Army weapon programs. In this role you will quickly comprehend, coordinate, review, and author diverse information products covering the scope of program office activities required to manage the lifecycle of Army weapon systems. You will support multiple Program and Product Managers in the execution of their programs and task orders in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Apply operations and acquisition program expertise to interface with key stakeholders
- Assist with high-priority initiatives as directed by senior leadership
- Optimize program office processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Support prompt analysis and timely coordination and completion of taskers
- Coordinate and author RFI responses
- Develop decision courses of action for program leadership
- Analyze high-level program schedules to prioritize activities
- Translate strategic concepts into operational objectives and tasks to enable PM success
Required
- BS or BA degree
- 15 years of experience relevant to operations and/or project management
- 3 years experience in DoD weapon program office(s)
- Must have an in-scope DoD Secret security clearance
