What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Program Analyst position at TTGI The Tolliver Group, Inc.?
This new position will work closely with product leadership to develop appropriate plans and objectives in keeping with PEO / PM and higher echelon objectives. Candidate will serve as a program analyst within PM UAS Project / Product Management Office, responsible for cost / schedule / resources management and program reporting. The analyst will develop, maintain, and execute a responsive financial management program to assure availability of resources to meet established milestones, events for development and fielding of the system.
The position provides Budget Branch support for the Product Office by executing funding, serving as a GFEBS, SOMARDS and LMP SME. Candidate will perform financial analysis on all appropriations as well as coordinating Team Track requests to ensure the proper use of funds, accurate monthly reporting, and verify complete distribution of funds to the Product Offices. Responsible for tracking all Matrix Government labor and travel requirements, edit and consolidate PM Smart Charts, review P / R Forms for the Product Office and perform Congressional Marks Analysis. Candidate will prepare Budget Execution Reviews for multiple Product Offices. Position will also process GFEBS transactions for the Government Purchase Card request and perform as the Program Management Resource Tool (PMRT) a system used by ASA(AL&T).
Requirements :
- Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and maintain) at least a Secret Clearance
- Position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a related field at least 8 years of relevant experience (experience can substitute for degree, advanced degree for some experience)
- Experience working cost / schedule / program management tasks for a government product office is required
- Preferred candidate will have experience with applicable government tools, including GFEBS
- Candidate should demonstrate experience with MS Office tools
- Preferred candidate will have experience supporting an aviation product office
