S³ Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide support on our STORM programs at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Description:
The Sr. Program Analyst will serve as a Program Management Analyst for the Precision Guided Munitions and Rockets (PGM/R) Product Office, which is responsible for the development, testing, integration, fielding, modification and sustainment of missiles and rockets employed worldwide by US and Allied Forces in support of both US unilateral and Joint tactical combat operations.
Responsibility includes direct support to the Product Manager, Precision Guided Munitions and Rockets (PGMR) for the day-to-day execution of programmatic activities on the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS), Extended Range Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (ER-GMLRS), Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS), Joint Reduced Range Rocket (JR3), Enhanced Alternative Warhead (EAW), and Reduced Range Practice Rocket (RRPR) products.
Responsibilities:
· Supports the coordination of technical and programmatic activities on the PGMR products, which involves the interface and coordination between functional areas within the STORM Project Office as well as those in outside government agencies, military organizations, and prime contractors.
· Develops coordinated work products for the product manager to include informational and decision briefings, budget and program analyses, and information papers.
· Plans the execution of and coordinates responses to internal and external taskers.
· Supports tactical and strategic PGMR planning activities and provides assessments / recommendations for technical and programmatic issues for the overall PGM/R Product Office and the Total Lifecycle management of their products.
· Travel at 10%
Qualifications:
· A Bachelor's Degree and at least twenty years of relevant experience or a Masters’ Degree and eighteen years of relevant experience.
· Hold an active Secret or higher DoD security clearance.
· Eight or more years of experience working in a project office or other government organization as a Program Analyst or equivalent related to Army or other service weapon systems.
· Eight or more years of experience coordinating technical and programmatic activities/tasks within functional areas of a program office.
· Eight or more years of experience coordinating technical and programmatic activity responses/inquiries to outside government agencies, military organizations, and prime contractors.
· Eight or more years of experience developing and coordinating work products for leadership to include informational and decision briefings, budget and program analyses, and information papers.
· Experience supporting tactical and strategic planning activities for a program/project office is desirable.
