S3, Inc. has an immediate need for a Sr. Program Analyst to provide support to our STORM program at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Position Description:
The Sr. Program Analyst supports MLRS APM with two major contracts (IAC Production, and LMMFC Production) and facilitates communication between six major stakeholder efforts (PM MAV, AvMC/S3I, Lockheed Martin, Loc Performance, RRAD, and PM STORM) in support of ongoing M270A2 production.
Responsibilities:
· Manages international demands within the domestic production capacity.
· Facilitates and coordinates MLRS IPTs.
· Provides minutes and action items for the IPTs.
· Provides sound, accurate, and timely responses and advice to the PD FAL, DPD FAL and APM MLRS.
· Executes special projects and develop various briefs, information papers, MFRs, EXSUMS, SigActs, etc.
· Supports the MLRS APM with acquisition documentation and strategies related to the planning, programming, budget, and execution of the PPBE process.
· Supports the MLRS APM with preparing and reviewing PMR briefs, POM briefs, monthly MAR, P Forms, and R Forms.
Experience/Skills Required:
· Master’s degree and 15 years of experience relative to this position requirements or a Bachelor’s degree and 20 years of relative to this position requirements.
· Secret or higher DoD security clearance or have the ability to obtain one in a reasonable timeframe.
· 5 or more years of experience as a systems/project analyst or leadership position within an Army Project Office.
· 2 or more years of experience as a Department of the Army Coordinator or Product Manager.
· 5 or more years of experience developing technical briefings, supporting technical/programmatic meetings and working groups including management of action items.
· 2 or more years of experience supporting obsolescence issues on DoD programs.
· 5 or more years of experience developing technical briefings, supporting technical/programmatic meetings and working groups including management of action items.
· At least one year or more of experience involving Army launchers and support equipment.
