Job Description

Primary Function of Position

As a Sales Strategy Analyst 2 you will work closely with our commercial organization to examine complex business problems to provide strategic, data-driven guidance that enables growth. Specifically, this position will partner with the sales and marketing teams that assist our US Key Account business by providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive adoption of Intuitive technology.

In addition, you will develop, monitor, and report on key performance metrics and indicators related to the US Key Accounts business. This is a highly data-based role requiring the manipulation of large data sets, keen expertise of business concepts, and the ability to develop meaningful relationships with multiple executive business partners.

Essential Job Duties

  • Examine complex business problems in partnership with marketing, finance, and product teams to help the development of key sales strategies and organizational goals
  • Serve as an internal consultant and help for our US Key Account commercial team by providing data and analytics to help drive the business
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes to maximize efficiency and drive additional value to commercial leadership and the broader organization
  • Develop resources such as reporting dashboards that highlight opportunities and enable our commercial team to be more effective
  • Partner with sales leadership to design and optimize sales territories to maximize performance
  • Assist with the execution of recurring quarterly deliverables such as executive reporting packages, sales performance reports, and dashboard / tool updates

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business intelligence, consulting, FP&A, and data analytics
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically through complexity
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with an ability to assist and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent written and oral communication with a dedicated customer orientation
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools and data querying (Tableau & SQL)
  • This role requires working onsite in our Peachtree Corners, GA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week
  • Required Education and Training

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree

    Base Salary Range Region 1 : $106,700 - $144,300

    Base Salary Range Region 2 : $90,700 - $122,700

    Shift : Day

    Travel : 10% of the time

    Workplace Type : Set Schedule - This job will be onsite weekly, the percentage of onsite work will be defined by the leader.
