Seeking Construction Inspectors / Quality Control Engineers for:
What you'll be doing:
- Performing basic inspection of construction activities
- Measuring and documenting construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications
- Computing quantities and test values
- Basic field testing
- Concrete installation Oversight
- Hot Mix Asphalt paving Oversight
- Railroad Facility Oversight
- Marine Facility Oversight
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in construction inspection (and/or) relevant degree
- NETTCP paving certification
- ACI concrete certification preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions to perform tasks independently and produce neat and accurate reports
- Commitment to working with integrity and in an ethical manner
- Ability to maintain safe work practices in a fast-paced work environment
- Dependable and willing to work 10 hours per day
- Knowledge of Maine DOT standards preferred
