Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data to support business decisions.
- Work with the Account object in Salesforce to manage and analyze customer data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor business performance.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise presentations.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, specifically the Account object.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other CRM systems and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Project management experience or certification.
