Pest Control - Outside Sales Representative
Invader Pest Management is rapidly expanding in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Surprise, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Arizona market and we are seeking a thoughtful, committed and passionate sales professional to join our family and grow their careers with us! We offer a base salary with uncapped commission. In the first year, the expected earnings range from $65,000 to over $85,000. With ongoing growth, earnings can exceed $100,000 in the second year and continue to increase as you excel.
What You will be doing:
- Focus on generating new business accounts.
- Daily activities include effective management of your sales funnel including company leads, prospecting desired industries, cold calling, meeting with prospective client decision makers, interviewing to determine customer needs, inspecting and compiling information and presenting service proposals to the decision makers.
- Success is driven by consistent and persistent efforts to cultivate and grow your sales funnel and win sales. Measuring your KPI’s – activities and results will enhance your efforts to meet your established goals and desired income level.

Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities by prospecting, developing leads and cold calling.
- Work leads to appointments, maintain a list of prospective customers, and identify opportunities to expand client service offerings.
- Perform site visits and inspections to show our unique value ofâ¯C.A.R.E.â¯driven service.
- Focus on networking and relationship-building to stay top-of-mind as a pest management solution for potential customers to generate leads and growth opportunities.
- Maintain and develop long-lasting relationships with existing corporate relationships by maintaining Invader’s core values of integrity and customers service to expand Invader’s opportunities.
- Sell our Pest Management solutions to all industries including Commercial/industrial facilities, hospitality, childcare/school facilities, food service, warehouses, manufacturing, retail, entertainment, sports complexes, and other related industries with a need for Pest Management services.
- Develop proposals according to Invader’s pricing strategy
- Write clear, concise reports, proposals, and presentations; assist in responding to RFPs
- Deliver professional presentations or demonstrations to clients, prospective clients, and industry contacts
- Effectively communicate value and benefits of Invader Pest Management products and services to overcome client objections and close deals
- Plan, drive attendance for, and host on-site events to showcase our service.
- Report on status of pipeline and outreach with leadership via CRM
- Drive company and individual sales goals
Qualifications:
- Proven outside sales/business development experience.
- Proven execution of successful business development strategies
- Goal-oriented
- Tenacious and comfortable with sales process
- Strong presentation and effective communication skills
- Relationship-oriented
- Possess a "yes" approach to customer service.
- Computer skills proficiency and willingness to learn and use industry tools and programs.
- Flexibility -schedule and priorities must pivot to business and client needs.
- Pest Control experience a plus.
Compensation:
- Salary: Base Salary Commission & Bonuses. On target first year earnings average from $65,000 to $85,000, exceeding $100,000 second year.

What you bring to this role:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Proficiency in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
- Proficiency using PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
- Competitive approach to both individual and team performance
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- Physical ability be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
- Proven Sales ability
- Basic math skills
