Appointment Setter starting base salary: $19.24/hr ($40K/year) plus bonuses.
Annual expected income: $55,000 (Earnings are not capped)

Appointment Setter Role:
Your main responsibility will be to visit and market to commercial clients at their business location(s), build trust and set appointments for our Service Advisor. You are in charge of supercharging our sales professionals.
What we require from a new team member:
- Must be a professional, energetic and self-motivated
- Must enjoy meeting and talking to new people
- Be helpful and leave potential clients with a great impression.
- Create familiarity with the Invader Brand. Frequency and familiarity creates trust.
- Must utilize your time wisely. You should be busy and efficient with your time.
- Maintain clear communication with the sales team and others at IPM.
- Keep track of and report your numbers.
- Dress and appearance will be clean, professional and nicer than expected.
- Door 2 Door Sales experience is a Plus,
- Must be able to pass a background check, and have a clean driving record.
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8 - 5.

You will be innovative in your approach, and willing to take risks. you must communicate clearly, be passionate and positive and willing to constantly improve. Educate our clients, win their trust and simply schedule an appointment!
