We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our New York, NY based accounting team.
You will work in a dynamic environment, providing valuable support to our employees, working closely with our Accounting and Operations team to support Payables processing, Month-end accounting close procedures, and General Ledger reconciliations and presentation. You will also participate in the firm's budgeting and forecasting process and other projects as needed.

What you'll do :
- Administer the accounts payable and travel processing and recording with adherence to the firm's policies and procedures.
- Support Sr. Staff Accounting with client invoicing and revenue recognition policy adherence
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations, as well as ad hoc analysis and projects
- Support the revenue and cash application billing process
- Produce clear and timely monthly reconciliations to assigned general ledger accounts
- Deliver regular reporting and collaborate with the accounting team to find innovative solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, including risk assessments
Who you are :
The target salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 USD annually.
The base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and market data.
