Program Coordination Specialist

Invariant is seeking a talented and experienced Program Coordination Specialist to support Government programs for the DoD. This role may support multiple DoD programs and internal hardware production efforts. The Specialist will be expected to support one, or more, Program Managers in the development of program documentation and briefing charts, meeting and review coordination, and coordination of CDRL deliveries. The Specialist will be expected to be able to work independently, with instructions from the Program Manager, to develop reports and required deliverables. The Specialist will be expected to possess good written and verbal communication skills, to communicate with Program Managers, company executives, customers, and customers’ Program Coordinators.
Duties Include:
- Assist the Program Manager in the development of Monthly Reports
- Assist the Program Manager and the Technical Staff in the development of briefing charts for Technical Interchange Meetings, design reviews, conferences and Working Groups (e.g. PDR, CDR, TRR, IPR, PMR, etc.)
- Assis the Program Manager in tracking the development of deliverable work products and documents
- Collect and report conference and meeting minutes (typically from transcribed meetings)
- Coordinate and complete CDRL deliveries
Requirements:
- Demonstrated successful performance in accomplishment of duties, or similar, as listed above
- Experience in developing briefing charts
- Experience with Microsoft O365 applications
- Experience in communicating to Program Managers and customers
- US Citizenship and successful background check
Preferred Skills:
- Capability to obtain a US Govt security clearance
- Experience with Jamis Prime, or similar software (e.g. Costpoint)
- 10 or more years of experience
Work Environment
Office environment.
This position is expected to be performed only in the state of Alabama.
