Role : (BESS) Development Manager
Location
New York City, Austin, Chicago, or Pittsburgh
Key Requirements : Strong background in BESS, with experience taking projects from NTP (Notice to Proceed) to operation. Candidates should be experienced in late-stage development and have experience in PJM and MISO.
Experience : Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in stand-alone BESS development, (not co-located projects).
Technical Expertise : Must understand energy markets and concepts like frequency regulation (reg up / down) and how BESS contributes to grid stability and profitability.
Leadership
Senior Development Managers or Development Managers with proven track records in project development and stakeholder management. It’s essential that candidates can collaborate and handle interpersonal relations within cross-functional teams.
