I’m partnered with one of the fastest-growing renewable energy investment and management firms. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR/Payroll Specialist to maintain efficient HR operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and provide administrative support across HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and new hire onboarding, including documentation and orientation.
- Offboarding: Manage exit procedures, including interviews, asset returns, final paychecks, and benefits.
- Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain HRIS records, ensure data privacy compliance, and uphold labor laws and company policies.
- Payroll & Benefits: Support payroll processing, PTO tracking, FMLA requests, and benefits administration.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, escalate issues as needed, and support workplace morale.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and track participation.
- Workplace Safety: Oversee safety programs, incident response, and OSHA reporting.
- General HR Support: Prepare reports, manage documentation, and assist with office operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years in HR administration or coordination (SHRM-CP/PHR a plus).
- Skills: HR laws, payroll, HRIS, Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and multitasking.
