This is a newly created role due to a strong pipeline of awarded projects and future growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is a confident, energetic professional ready to take ownership of multiple projects from pre-construction planning through to successful handover.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction planning to site supervision, risk management, and client handover. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize project budgets, schedules, and overall performance.
- Review daily site reports, approve invoices, and manage milestone payments.
- Identify and mitigate risks during pre-construction and construction phases.
- Liaise between site superintendents, subcontractors, and project owners to manage change orders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and update leadership on cost and schedule variances.
- Support new project proposals by drafting timelines, cost estimates, and scope of work.
- Conduct site visits, review technical documentation, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
