Job Summary
Inverness Club in Toledo, OH is seeking to hire a Men's Locker Attendant. Reports to: Locker Room Manager, Assistant Clubhouse Manager
Job Tasks (Duties):
- Greet members and guests warmly as they enter the men's locker room.
- Assist members with their belongings, including storing and retrieving items from lockers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the locker room, ensuring all amenities are fully stocked and facilities are well-maintained.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and functioning of locker rooms in sports teams, clubs, spas, or gyms.
- Provide information and assistance to members regarding club services, facilities, and activities.
- Monitor locker room usage and ensure compliance with club rules and regulations.
- Handle any member inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other club staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member experiences.
- Laundry and Towel Service
- Shoe Shining
- Reporting maintenance issues and assisting in the laundry room
Candidate Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or club environment.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Professional demeanor and appearance.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
· Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
