What You'll Do:
As a Residential Plumber, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and improving the plumbing systems in our managed properties. If you're a skilled professional with a passion for problem-solving and quality workmanship, this position is for you!
🔧 Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
🔧 Troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, and other plumbing issues
🔧 Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
🔧 Work with tenants and property managers to resolve plumbing concerns
🔧 Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
What We're Looking For:
✔ 2 years of residential plumbing experience
✔ Washington State PL02 plumbing license (required)
✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills & attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently & as part of a team
✔ Excellent customer service & communication skills
