What does a great Sr. Financial Analyst do?
The Sr. Financial Analyst will report to the Senior Finance Manager and be responsible for supporting the budget, forecast, month-end close & reporting package creation.
How you will provide meaningful contributions:
- Perform moderate to complex financial analysis on business unit results and forecasts, including revenue, expenses, product profitability, cash flow generation, etc.
- Manage the consolidation of submissions for month-end results and forecast updates in a timely manner and prepare a brief written variance analysis for executive review
- Update, develop and maintain monthly financial reports and operational review materials to be used by the executive management team for making strategic decisions
- Research and provide financial and business-related analyses to assess the impact of various corporate projects and transactions
- Create C-level presentations and assist with the coordination of the annual long-range plan, annual budget, and monthly full-year forecast updates
- Drive enhancements to business unit FP&A capabilities and processes
- Support other members of the FP&A team including CFO
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent field; CPA or Master’s degree preferred
- 4-7 years’ experience in Finance role with specific focus on accounting, finance, and business analysis
- Ability to make decisions based on precedent and solve problems using sound judgment, experience and data gathered through research
- Strong technical skills, particularly advanced excel skills
- NetSuite experience
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and changing environment
- Ability to lead special projects working with cross functional areas throughout the company
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with senior leaders and other business partners
- Strong organizational skills

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant’s geographic location. Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000
