IGI seeks a self-motivated, organized, and curious professional to lead office operations and assist company executives and staff with administrative tasks, research, and marketing.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Serve as office front person;
- Manage physical office and support coordination with external resources and consultants;
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings;
- Assemble marketing materials for meetings, events, and seminars.
- Support management with development and maintenance of firm marketing materials.
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with planning and execution of firm events.
- Manage website development and updates.
- Assist with firm’s database management
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
- Some case research, including in-depth public records, online, and archival research.

Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with document management systems, legal timekeeping, and graphics design a plus.
