Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Create engaging job postings and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and attract the right talent.
- Source candidates through creative methods such as social media, networking, job boards, and recruitment platforms.
- Lead campus recruitment efforts, including attending career fairs and other events to attract top talent from colleges and universities.
Onboarding and Integration:
- Oversee onboarding processes to set new hires up for success from day one.
- Coordinate orientation programs to introduce hires to company culture and ensure they feel welcomed and supported.
- Continuously refine onboarding practices based on feedback and industry trends.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Provide support in areas like record keeping, employee relations, policies and procedures, performance and compensation management, and benefits administration.
- Maintain compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
- Monitor market trends to ensure competitive compensation packages and address recruitment challenges proactively.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree required; a bachelor's degree in human resources is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources.
- Prior recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience using HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on practical and effective solutions.
- Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.
