Position Summary :

The Private Equity Vice President / Principal will play a key role in the identification, execution, and oversight of middle-market buyout investments. This position requires a strong background in operational work, as well as in traditional private equity. The VP / Principal will be responsible for managing deal processes, conducting in-depth due diligence, and implementing operational improvements in portfolio companies. This role involves collaborating closely with senior leadership, management teams, and other stakeholders to drive transformative changes that maximize value.

Key Responsibilities :

Deal Sourcing & Execution :

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities within the middle-market buyout space, leveraging industry contacts and market research.
• Lead deal structuring, including valuation, financial modeling, and negotiation of transaction terms.
• Oversee comprehensive due diligence, coordinating cross-functional teams to assess financial, operational, and strategic aspects of potential acquisitions.

This role is based in Manhattan, NY. On-site presence is required four days a week, Monday through Thursday.
