Financial Assistant/Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team at the Investment Service Center in Gothenburg, NE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. We are looking to hire the best fit for this position and will consider part-time situations for the ideal candidate.

Hours

Full-time hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Part-time hours: Flexible for the ideal candidate

• Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and general account maintenance.
• Provide administrative support to financial advisors.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with processing account documentation and paperwork.
• Collaborate with financial advisors to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and being comfortable learning new software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
