Position Overview: We are seeking an organized, proactive, and personable Client Service Associate to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, issues, and assistance, playing a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction. Your professionalism and problem-solving skills will contribute directly to our company's success and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Answer multiple phone lines efficiently, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within our contact management system.
- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and product/service inquiries.
- Ensure accurate account setup, follow up on changes, and track progress in internal systems.
- Manage business processing tasks, including paperwork and transaction management.
- Prepare and submit applications, ensuring timely processing and completion.
- Handle client communications as necessary, keeping clients informed of status updates.
- Use financial software and Excel to process data, generate reports, and assist with client requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and meet client needs.
- Work with custodians like Pershing and Fidelity to assist clients with account management and transactions.
- Identify and resolve process issues, propose improvements, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle general administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Schedule:
- Part-time position (~25 hours per week)
- Flexible hours with potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
